Fax
The Fax application provides the ability to route fax messages (calls)
. Once routing a call to fax, the call will be automatically answered. The system supports the forwarding of faxes using the T30 and T38 protocols.
To configure the Fax action, you must specify the following:
- Call - a call, which is processed in this scenario.
Action - a call can be sent to a number, or a fax message can be sent to the mail in TIFF format.
- Fax to mail - fax message will be sent in TIFF format to user’s e-mail address, specified in his settings.
- Forward - forward a call to any user, a fax machine, for example.
User - in this field select one user or variable, which should contain user, a fax message to be sent to.
Notes
After the Fax application completing, the system will proceed to the next application.
