Interactive voice menu
The IVR
application is intended for routing a call via the interactive voice menu.
To configure the Interactive Voice Menu
application specify the following options:
- Call - an incoming (outgoing) call that will be routed to the voice menu.
Sound - a melody or an audio message that will be initially performed to the subscriber. To configure the sound message, select one of the following options in this field:
- Synthesize - convert a text message into a sound by means of the proposed services (each service has its own limit on the number of characters)
- Download - download an audio message from your computer in mp3, wav, wma, ogg, aac, and other common formats.
- Record - record a message using your device and the microphone.
- Library - select an audio file from the library. All downloaded, synthesized and / or recorded files are saved in the library.
- Variable - variable should contain an audio message, which was previously generated from any textual source, from the database for instance, and converted to a voice message using “Text to speech” service. The current account balance, for example.
Short sound - sound message to be performed to the subscriber over again.
- Keys - select keys for the IVR. Different applications can be setted for this keys. At least one key should be selected.
There is a opportunity to add handler for event
in this application:
- Wrong key - a character that does not exist in this IVR is inputted
- Key timeout - the event is triggered when the input timeout is expired.

After the rule is executed, the system will proceed to the next rule.
