Conference
The Conference application is intended for the implementation of a voice conference. Зcall to the conference will be automatically answered and all conference participants will hear a beep when the new participant is connected / disconnected. The first participant who has reached the conference will hear the message from the system that he is the only participant in the conference.
To configure the Conference action, you must specify the following parameters:
- Call - a call, which is processed in this scenario.
- Conference - conference ID that is used to route the call to this conference.
- Pin - Pin code can be used to limit access to the conference. The subscribers, who are not in the white list, will need to enter this pin code to access the conference.
White list - the telephone numbers of subscribers with the access to the conference without pin code can be specified in the white list. Numbers should be written without gaps, separated by comma. Use international format or extension numbers or numbers according to the numbers normalization adjustments, that are listed in the Gateway settings
Max number of participants - specify the number of participants in this field to limit the maximum number of conference participants. The number of participants is not limited if the value in the field is not specified.
Notes
Conference participants can be both system users and external numbers (clients / partners).
Access to the conference can be carried out by the "white" list of numbers or by entering a secret code.
After the conference is completed, the system will proceed to the next rule.
