Flag

The application Flag gives an opportunity to mark a call. This marks will be saved in the call history.
You can add the following marks:

  • Answered - a call is answered
  • Abandoned - a call was rejected
  • Hanged up - a call was finished
  • Transferred - a call was transferred
  • Unanswered - a call was not answered
  • Recorded - a call was recorded
  • Picked-up - a call was picked-up
  • Local - a local call between users
  • Incoming - incoming call
  • Outgoing - outbound call

Notes

After an execution of the Flag action the system will proceed to the next application.
