Event

The Event application is to perform actions with a call when some definite event occurs.
Settings:

  • Call - A call, which is processed in this scenario.
  • Action - in case of this event the additional actions will be performed. The following types of events with the call are available:
    • Ringing - the dialing starts
    • Early media - The connection to the gateway is established and it will play an audio message. For example: "the subscriber is unavailable".
    • Answer - a call is answered
    • Hang up - a call is over
    • Held - a call is on hold
    • Unhold - a call is picked up after been on hold
    • DTMF - DTMF number is dialed during a call

Notes

The actions specified in the rule will be performed upon occurrence of the corresponding event.
After event response execution, the system will proceed to the following action.
