Firewall

There is an automatical protection against unauthorized access attempts in the system. In case there are more than five requests for authorization with incorrect data received from certain ip addresses, the system blocks further requests from these ip addresses.
This section is available in the admin interface in case of using single company or in the multi admin interface in case of multi company

In this section you can see the addresses there were access attempts from, and which protocols were used.

White list

The addresses from this list are not blocked by the system, regardless of the number of logon attempts with incorrect credentials. You can add trusted addresses to the white list by clicking on the button "Add to white list". Here you can set the ip address or a pool of addresses by specifying a mask.

Black list

All attempts to access the system from the addresses specified in this list will be ignored. You can add addresses to the black list by clicking on the button "Add to black list". Here you can set the ip address or a pool of addresses by specifying a mask.
