Groups Setting

In the Groups section you can configure settings and rights for a group of users. A group must be assigned to each user. A user can be only in one group.

To create a new group, click the “New Group” button.

Specify the name of the group in the opened window. You can also add a description of the group. In the “Number” field, enter the group number. This number can be used tointercept an incoming call to a member of this group. Groups can be used to set an access to the contacts info, to set up routes, etc.

To edit, copy or remove a group, use the right mouse button or the corresponding buttons in the upper right corner.
When you try to remove a group with users, you will see a warning. To be deleted a group should not contain any members. Change the group settings in the “Users” section.
