Switches

This application allows you to handle calls depending on the status of the switch.
To create a new switch, open the "Components" section, the "Switches" menu and click the "New Switch" button, enter a name and specify the desired state - on/off, then click "Save".

Use the right mouse button or buttons in the upper right corner for editing or deleting.

The switches can be used for example in this way: When calling to number 555, if the switch has the status "on", the audio file “hello message” will be played and the call will be redirected to the queue. In case the switch is off, the audio file “error message” will be played and the call will be redirected to voice mail.
