Originate a new call

The system originates a call. The system will initiate a new call to the user or to the number. This application is used in the complicated scenario for some tasks realization. After this action further actions in scenario are supposed, for example, the Answer event adding for further manipulations with the answered call.

Select a user or set a variable which contains user. This user will receive a call from the system.

Call to a number through the gateway

The system initiates a call to the specified number via selected gateway.

  • Gateway(s) - gateway(s) the system will use for calling

  • Number - the number a call will be initiated to

Depending on the status of the call or the occurrence of an event, you can add various actions. For example to add playing an audio message after the call is answered, etc.

Events

  • No answer - in case the call is not answered there is an opportunity to add additional actions for this event.

  • Answer timeout - in case the call is not answered during the certain time, additional action could be added in parallel to dialing.

  • Ringing - in case the ringing starts you can add an action, which will be executed in parallel with dialing.

  • Early media - The connection to the gateway is established and it will play an audio message, for example: the subscriber is unavailable. It is possible to add an action, which will be processed in case of this event.

  • Hang up - in case the call is dropped, there is an opportunity to add additional actions for this event, for example to send SMS.
