Default routes
In case all custom routs are deleted, the system will still route calls, using standard routes that are configured by the manufacturer.
User routes
All standard rules for user work with a priority 30
. It is enough just to create a route with a higher priority to change the standard behavior.
Outgoing user routes
When user makes a call, the system tries to make a local call between users. In case the user with a dialed number is found, the call will be sent to this user. Next, the system will analyze the configuration of the service codes and, if the user specifies the service code when dialing, he will be redirected to this service.. Otherwise, when the number is not an internal extension of the user or a service code, the system will try to call through any available gateway.
Incoming user routes
While an incoming call to the user, the system must make a call to the user with the following rules:
- With DND status, the system will play a message that the user is not available and will end the call.
- With Away status, the system will play the message that the user has left away and then will make a call according to the customized routing rules.
- In the absence of devices for receiving a call, the system routes the call to the mobile phone.
- In case the mobile number is not specified, or there is no response from the user, the system routes the call to voicemail.
Gateway Routes
All standard rules for gateways work with a priority 30
. It is enough just to create a route with a higher priority to change the standard behavior.
Outbound Gateway Routes
The standard route for outgoing calls through the gateway is simple enough. It continues the call to the specified number, without additional rules or logic.
Inbound gateway routes
In the absence of custom routes in the section From gateway
, the system routes a call to a standard IVR to demonstrate the capabilities of the system.
